Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Senior Client Manager to oversee Transportation accounts and serve as a strategic partner with the sales team. You will manage high-level relationships, drive retention, and identify growth opportunities with a focus on trucking and transportation risks.

The role requires 5+ years of commercial insurance account management experience, an active P&C license, and strong client-management skills. We offer mentorship, training, and a path for advancement within MMA.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of commercial insurance account management experience.
• Active P&C license; STAR and TRIP designations preferred.
• Experience managing transportation client programs (motor carriers, brokers, intermodal).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client relationships for Transportation accounts with high service levels.
• Coordinate and produce insurance proposals, stewardship reports, and analytics for underwriting-ready submissions.
• Support renewals in a challenging transportation market with pricing and coverage considerations.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the agency management system.
• Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with the sales team.
