Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency’s Business Insurance department seeks a Senior Client Manager to serve as a strategic partner with the sales team on key Transportation accounts.

You will manage high-level client relationships, drive retention, and identify growth opportunities while collaborating with a skilled team in a fast-paced environment. A solid background in trucking/transportation risks and a valid P&C license are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial insurance account management/client service experience in trucking/transportation.
• Active P&C license; STAR and TRIP designations preferred.
• Experience managing insurance programs for transportation clients (motor carriers, brokers, intermodal).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and Transportation accounts with high service levels.
• Coordinate and produce insurance proposals, stewardship reports, and analytics for underwriting readiness.
• Provide insurance coverage analysis and recommendations; support renewals in a competitive market.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the agency management system.
• Identify and pursue up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with colleagues.
