Job summary

Marsh Agency is seeking a Senior Client Manager to serve as the primary strategic partner with the sales team for Transportation accounts. You will develop, implement and deliver outstanding insurance and risk management client service, driving retention and growth opportunities.

You will manage complex trucking and transportation programs, coordinate proposals and deliverables, and translate client operations into underwriting-ready submissions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial insurance account management experience, focused on trucking/transportation risks.
• Active P&C license; STAR and TRIP designations preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and Transportation accounts with high service levels.
• Coordinate and produce insurance proposals, stewardship reports, analytics and market commentary.
• Provide coverage analysis and recommendations for improved or additional coverage.
• Support renewals in a challenging transportation market, handling pricing pressures and program structures.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the agency management system.
• Identify and pursue up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Ensure excellent customer service with the sales and service teams.
