Job summary

Marsh Agency's Business Insurance team seeks a Senior Client Manager to be the primary strategic partner with the sales team for Transportation accounts. You will manage high-level relationships, drive retention, and identify growth opportunities across trucking and logistics clients.

You will coordinate insurance proposals, analytics, and underwriting-ready submissions while maintaining accurate records and supporting renewals in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial insurance account management/customer service experience focused on trucking/transportation risks.
• Active P&C license; STAR and TRIP designations preferred but not required.
• Ability to interpret transportation client operations and exposures for underwriting-ready submissions.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and Transportation accounts with high service levels.
• Coordinate and produce insurance proposals, stewardship reports, analytics, and market commentary.
• Provide insurance coverage analysis and recommendations for improved or additional coverage.
• Support renewals in a competitive transportation market with pricing pressures.
• Update customer records accurately in agency management system.
• Identify and act on up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
