Marsh Agency in Boise, ID is seeking a Senior Client Manager to act as the primary strategic partner with the sales team for Transportation accounts. You will manage high-level relationships, drive retention, and identify growth opportunities through underwriting-ready submissions and proactive program management.

You will collaborate with colleagues to analyze coverage, support renewals, and ensure accurate records in the agency system.

Formación

• 5+ years of commercial insurance account management experience focusing on trucking and transportation risks.
• Active P&C license; STAR and TRIP designations preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and Transportation accounts with high service levels.
• Coordinate and produce insurance proposals, stewardship reports, analytics, and market commentary.
• Provide coverage analysis and recommendations for enhanced or additional coverages.
• Support renewals in a challenging transportation market with pricing and coverage considerations.
• Update customer information accurately in the agency management system.
• Identify and follow through on up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in fast-paced transportation environments.
