Job summary

ABB is seeking a Tender Quotation Specialist to lead estimations, bids, and proposals within the Electrification Services division in North America. You will partner with Business Development Sales Managers and a technical support team to price services and equipment, ensuring timely, compliant customer-ready proposals.

The role requires 10+ years in the industry, willingness to travel, and experience with government-funded projects and power delivery systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee estimations, bids and proposals to align with ABB standards.
• Partner with sales managers and technical teams to develop cost and price for services and equipment.
• Manage opportunity screening, development, approvals and pricing in Salesforce.com.
• Balance multiple priorities and manage deadlines and cycle times while coordinating with customers and distributors.
