Job summary

ABB Inc. in the United States is seeking a Data Center Tender/Quotation Specialist to support Data Center Key Account Managers in developing field services proposals for mission-critical data center infrastructure, including power delivery, power utilization and automation systems.

This remote role collaborates with the Electrification Services Division to deliver tailored solutions and maintain high uptime for data centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or business.
• 12+ years in Sales, Commercial Operations, Engineering or Field Service.
• Willingness to travel domestically.
• Experience with industrial power delivery and/or power distribution.
• Experience with data center customers and processes.
• Contract terms/conditions experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Formulate competitive bids, estimates and quotations.
• Ensure tenders are well-documented with full costs.
• Lead planning of technical and financial aspects of the bid.
• Archive documentation and report bid status regularly.
