Job summary

ABB is seeking a Tender Quotation Specialist in the United States (Georgia) to lead and implement sales support strategies for designated areas. You will oversee estimations, bids, and proposals, ensuring alignment with ABB standards and timely inputs for bid preparation.

You will collaborate with sales management, engineering, and field services, travel as required, and contribute to North America Electrification Services initiatives while maintaining high-quality customer-ready proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Commercial Operations, Engineering or Field Service.
• Ability and willingness to travel as required.
• Experience with industrial power delivery and/or government funded projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Development Sales Managers and the technical support team to provide cost and price for services and equipment.
• Work with Region sales team to understand customer requirements, develop deal strategies and analyze pricing.
• Manage the opportunity and proposal screening, development, approvals and pricing processes in Salesforce.
• Demonstrate ability to balance multiple priorities and opportunities.
• Manage deadlines and set expectations on cycle times and milestones with customers and reps.
• Ensure terms and risk considerations are understood and govern costs.
