DAT seeks a Technical Recruiter to partner with Product and Technology teams during a critical growth phase in North America. You will own the full-cycle recruitment process for Product, Engineering, Data, and other technical roles, from role definition to offer.

You will build targeted sourcing strategies, deliver market intelligence, and ensure a world-class candidate experience, while maintaining data integrity in Greenhouse. This role aligns hiring with business goals and timelines.

Qualificações

• 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, focused on technical roles.
• Proven success in fast-growth tech or SaaS environments.
• Technical fluency to calibrate with engineering and product leaders.
• Deep expertise in modern sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches.
• Consultative mindset with ability to influence hiring managers.
• Ability to connect hires to business impact.
• Strong candidate experience and transparent updates.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• High urgency with attention to quality.
• Data-driven approach to pipeline optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Product, Engineering, Data, and other tech roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview strategies.

• Manage offers and closing with empathy.
