You will manage high‑volume yet highly technical pipelines, shape sourcing programs, and guide executive stakeholders through market realities and offer discussions.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of full-lifecycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth environments.
- Proven track record of managing high-impact technical hiring pipelines and influencing senior leadership.
- Experience designing and executing targeted talent programs or sourcing campaigns from scratch.
- Advanced proficiency with modern recruiting tech stacks (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI sourcing tools, market intelligence engines).
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor to engineering and executive leadership, programmatically driving talent initiatives across complex technical ecosystems.
- Manage high-impact technical pipelines from intake to offer structuring and closing.
