DAT Freight & Analytics seeks a Technical Recruiter to partner with Product and Technology teams during a critical growth phase for North America's largest freight marketplace.

You will own end-to-end recruiting for technical roles, leverage data-driven insights, and drive candidate experience from outreach through offer. This contract role offers benefits and a hybrid work model in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on technical roles (software engineering, data/ML, product management).
• Proven success in fast-paced, high-growth tech or SaaS environments.
• Technical fluency to calibrate with engineering/product leaders and engage candidates credibly.
• Deep expertise in modern sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, GitHub and other technical communities, and building pipelines.

Responsabilités

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for Product, Engineering, Data, and other technical roles.
• Provide market intelligence and consult with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview strategies.
• Maintain data integrity and reporting in Greenhouse to guide decisions and process improvements.
• Champion a world-class candidate experience with clear communication and timely feedback throughout the process.
