DAT Freight & Analytics is seeking a Technical Recruiter for a 9-month contract in our Denver, CO area. You will own full-cycle recruiting for Product, Engineering, Data, and other technical roles, partnering with leadership to define requirements and interview strategies, and deliver market insights to attract top talent.

You will champion the candidate experience, manage offers, and drive process improvements while upholding DAT's values and mission.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on technical roles (software engineering, data/ML, product management).
• A track record of success in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably in tech or SaaS.
• Technical fluency: you understand tech stacks and engineering and product team structures well enough to calibrate with leaders and engage candidates credibly.
• Deep expertise in modern sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, GitHub and other technical communities, and building engaged talent pipelines.

• Leverage sourcing to find passive technical talent.
• Maintain impeccable data integrity in Greenhouse, understanding that good data fuels smart decisions and process improvements.
• Continuously look for ways to improve our hiring processes, from technical interview structure to candidate feedback loops.
