Job summary

UNKNOWN company in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Global Talent Acquisition team on a contract basis and drive growth for North American teams.

You will partner with hiring teams to source, assess, and hire top talent across Engineering, Product, Design, and Data roles, managing full-cycle recruiting and offering negotiation while promoting an inclusive, data-driven hiring process.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical recruitment.
• Experience hiring for Engineering, Product, Design and/or Data roles preferred.
• Strong sourcing and analytics to inform hiring strategies.
• Ability to collaborate with hiring teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle recruiting across the organization from intake meetings to offer negotiation.
• Sourcing, interviewing, debriefs and negotiation for proposals.
• Define hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies for Tech and Product teams.
• Proactively engage top talent and nurture a passive candidate pool.
• Leverage analytics to improve recruitment outcomes and decisions.
• Support onboarding and integration of new hires.

• We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Global Talent Acquisition team on a contract basis and drive the growth of our North American teams, specifically in our San Francisco office

• As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will collaborate closely with our hiring teams to spot, attract, and hire top talent, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of our growing organization
