DAT Freight & Analytics is seeking a Technical Recruiter to act as a strategic talent partner for Product and Technology teams. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, build pipelines, and guide hiring managers with market insights to attract diverse, top talent.

This 9-month contract role offers benefits and a hybrid work environment in the Seattle area, with a focus on delivering a seamless candidate experience and data-driven hiring decisions.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on technical roles (software engineering, data/ML, product management).
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments, preferably in tech or SaaS.
• Technical fluency: understands tech stacks and team structures to calibrate with leaders.
• Expertise in modern sourcing techniques: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, GitHub, and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for Product, Engineering, Data, and other technical roles.
• Consult with hiring teams to define role requirements, success profiles, and interview strategies.
• Use data and market insights to guide leaders in a competitive tech market.
• Create a world-class candidate experience with clear communication and timely feedback.
• Manage offers and close top talent with empathy and expertise.
• Maintain data integrity in Greenhouse and continuously improve hiring processes.
