DAT, a leading freight marketplace and analytics company, seeks a Technical Recruiter to partner with Product and Technology during a critical growth phase for North America's largest freight marketplace.

This is a 9-month contract role, eligible for benefits. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for Product, Engineering, Data and other technical roles, shaping interview strategies and building targeted pipelines to attract exceptional, diverse talent.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on technical roles.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth Tech/SaaS environments.
• Technical fluency to understand stacks and product team structures.
• Expertise in modern sourcing techniques and building pipelines.
• Ability to influence hiring managers and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for Product, Engineering, Data, and other technical roles.
• Consult with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview strategies.
• Provide market insights and data to guide hiring decisions.
• Deliver a world-class candidate experience from application to offer.
