DAT Freight & Analytics is seeking a Technical Recruiter for a 9-month contract role in Seattle, WA. You will partner with Product and Engineering teams to source, attract, and hire top technical talent in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

You will own the entire recruiting lifecycle, advise hiring managers, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience while maintaining clean data in Greenhouse. This role features a benefits-eligible hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech roles.
• Experience recruiting for software engineering, data/ML, and product management.
• Strong sourcing and market intelligence capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for technical roles.
• Consult with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview strategies.
• Maintain data integrity in Greenhouse and provide regular pipeline updates.
