Job summary

CapCenter is seeking a full-time Recruiter to connect great people with great opportunities and drive our growth. You’ll partner with hiring managers and HR to identify talent, build pipelines, and guide candidates from first contact through hire.

You will actively source via LinkedIn, Handshake, job boards, and networks, ensuring a positive candidate experience and a streamlined hiring process.

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting, talent acquisition, or related HR experience.
• Experience sourcing and engaging candidates, not just reviewing applications.
• Experience with ADP Recruiting/Workforce Now, LinkedIn, Handshake, or similar recruiting platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting for a variety of professional and operational positions across the organization.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to identify talent, build candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive experience from first contact through hire.
• Manage job postings and candidate pipelines through the applicant tracking system.
• Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn, Handshake, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and other channels.
• Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and identify qualified candidates for hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Keep recruiting activity and candidate information updated.
• Build relationships with colleges and universities to expand campus recruiting.
