Job summary

CapTech is seeking a Technical Recruiter in Reston, VA to own the full-cycle hiring process from sourcing to offer. You will partner with Talent Acquisition and practice leads to hire top consultants, building pipelines and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

You will creatively source passive talent, use AI tools for search strings and descriptions, and help grow CapTech’s brand. A background in technology recruiting and strong collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years recruiting with a focus on technology roles (software eng, data eng, consulting)
• 2+ years recruiting in the consulting or staffing industry preferred
• Collaborative team player with positive attitude and relationship building
• Strong written and verbal communication with multiple stakeholders
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Prior experience building and maintaining a pipeline of top consultants
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly
• Experience using recruiting technologies such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, Docusign and other sourcing platforms
• AI forward mentality with tools like Co-pilot, Co-work, LinkedIn AI tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer stage
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and leads to hire top talent
• Create recruiting strategies to build a pipeline of top consultants for CapTech
• Source and engage passive talent via multiple channels; use AI tools to create search strings and job descriptions
• Build relationships with candidates and represent the CapTech story
• Qualify candidates and provide a great candidate experience throughout the process
• Help grow CapTech brand to attract future candidates
• Support internal recruiting initiatives
• Use SmartRecruiters ATS to manage candidates with thorough notes and feedback
