Job summary

Foundation Partners Group is seeking a Recruiter to partner with hiring managers, build candidate pipelines, and optimize sourcing channels. You will lead full-cycle recruiting, prescreen candidates, prepare offers, and support onboarding.

The role focuses on developing recruiting plans, identifying ideal candidates, and measuring effectiveness through metrics. Travel for recruiting events is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
• 3–5 years of recruiting experience; technical recruiting preferred.
• Proven candidate sourcing and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to collect and interpret recruiting data to measure effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting plans with hiring managers and lead planning meetings.
• Build and manage candidate pipelines and sourcing channels for active and passive candidates.
• Conduct prescreening interviews and guide offers and onboarding processes.
• Develop and track recruiting metrics and drive process improvements.
