Job summary

CHS Shared Business Operations, LLC is seeking a Recruiter to lead talent acquisition efforts across shared services. You will collaborate with hiring managers to build effective recruitment plans, develop candidate pipelines, and ensure a seamless hiring experience from screening to offer.

You will leverage sourcing expertise, ATS, and recruitment platforms to identify top talent, conduct interviews, manage offers, and coordinate onboarding to meet organizational goals and timelines.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of healthcare recruitment and corporate recruiting is preferred.
• Experience with ATS, LinkedIn, and recruitment platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes sourcing strategies to identify and attract talent.
• Collaborates with hiring managers to create recruitment plans.
• Creates and manages requisitions and tracks progress in the hiring process.
• Posts and refreshes job ads on platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed.
• Screens applicants and conducts interviews via phone, video, and in-person.
• Coordinates interview schedules with stakeholders.
• Negotiates job offers and manages onboarding requirements.
