Centerline Communications seeks a driven Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring across multiple functions and levels. You will manage a full recruiting desk, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent for field operations, corporate functions, and leadership positions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent recruiting experience.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple functions.
• Proven success managing a recruiting desk end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from intake to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and networking.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and negotiate offers.
• Recruit across Wireless Construction, Fiber, Engineering, PM, Finance, HR, and Leadership.
