• Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using ATS, recruiting platforms, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from requisition intake to candidate placement.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate interview processes.
• Conduct reference checks and facilitate offer negotiations.
• Maintain candidate records and activity within the ATS.
