Job summary

CapTech is seeking an experienced Recruiter to own the full-cycle sourcing, interviewing, and offer process for technology roles. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, service offering leads, and practice leads to hire top talent and sustain a robust pipeline that strengthens the CapTech brand.

The role emphasizes proactive sourcing across multiple channels, leveraging AI tools to craft search strings and job descriptions, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience and strong

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years recruiting with a focus on technology roles (software engineering, data engineering, management consultant roles preferred)
• 2+ years recruiting in the consulting or staffing industry is preferred
• Collaborative team player with positive attitude and great at building relationships
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to understand business needs
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Prior experience building and maintaining a pipeline of top-performing consultants
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly
• Experience using recruiting technologies such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, Docusign and other sourcing platforms
• AI forward mentality with tools like Copilot, Co-work, LinkedIn AI tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer stage
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Service Offering Leads, and Practice Leads to hire the best talent
• Create recruiting strategies to build and maintain a pipeline of top-performing consultants who can build the CapTech brand
• Creatively source and engage passive talent through multiple channels; use AI tools to create search strings, job descriptions etc.
• Build relationships with candidates and sell the CapTech story
• Qualify potential candidates and provide a great candidate experience throughout the entire recruiting process
• Focus on building out the CapTech brand to attract and nurture future candidates
• Support internal recruiting initiatives
• Use SmartRecruiters (ATS) to drive candidates through the process; ensure detailed notes, feedback, and documentation
