Wilson HR is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our collaborative team in the United States. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and advocate for candidates, delivering market intelligence and cutting-edge recruiting strategies.

In this 3-6 month contract, you will manage the end-to-end candidate process—from sourcing and screening to interviewing and presenting strong hires—while meeting weekly submit and hire goals and maintaining client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to recruit end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong network-building and bench management experience.
• Experience with ATS and social media recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process from initial screens to interview coordination.
• Develop recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Maintain client and candidate relationships and meet weekly submit/hire goals.
