Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process including identifying and assessing candidates, conducting initial phone screens, facilitating interviews and gathering feedback.
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research and bench management.
• Develop a proactive recruitment strategy to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present top talent for open positions and address objections in the hiring process.
• Consult with hiring managers on selections, compensation and recruitment processes to add value.
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and ensure satisfaction and timely updates.
