Wilson HR is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join a collaborative team. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and advocates for candidates, employing cutting-edge recruitment strategies and market intelligence.

The role covers sourcing, screening, interviewing and recommending candidates for interviews and hire, with a temporary contract window of 3–6 months and potential for extension based on project needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process including identifying and assessing candidates and conducting initial phone screens.
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research and bench management.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify both passive and active candidates.
• Present top talent and address objections in the hiring process.
• Consult with hiring managers on final selections, compensation and recruitment processes.
• Maintain client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
• Ensure weekly and monthly submit and hire goals are met.
• Update reports and manage ATS data and related administrative tasks.
