You will build a robust candidate network, conduct screens and interviews, and partner with hiring managers to deliver top talent that meets client needs.

Qualifikationen

• Proven ability to recruit end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.
• Must leverage market research to identify talent and build pipelines.
• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing capabilities.

• Oversee the selection process from candidate identification to feedback.
• Build and maintain a network of candidates through market research and bench management.
• Develop creative recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present top talent and address objections in hiring discussions.
• Consult with hiring managers on selections, compensation and processes.
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
• Meet weekly and monthly submit and hire goals.
• Update ATS data and related administrative tasks.
