The role requires managing the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing through offers, with a focus on delivering top talent and exceptional client satisfaction.

You will build networks, develop innovative recruitment strategies, and maintain relationships to meet weekly submit-to-hire goals.

Qualifications

• Proven end-to-end recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ability to source passive candidates and fill roles quickly.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and reporting.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process from candidate identification to offer.
• Build and maintain a network of candidates through market research and bench management.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify both passive and active candidates.
• Present top talent and guide clients through selection and offers.
• Consult with hiring managers on compensation and recruitment processes.
• Maintain client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
• Meet weekly/monthly submit-to-hire goals and maintain ATS reports.
