You will manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to interviewing and recommending candidates for interviews and hire, building strong client and candidate relationships and ensuring timely submit-to-hire results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process including identifying and assessing candidates, conducting initial phone screens, facilitating interviews and gathering feedback.
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research and bench management with strong submission-to-interview ratios.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present strong talent for open positions and guide clients through final selections and offers.
