Wilson HR is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our collaborative team. You will combine recruitment strategies and market intelligence to deliver top talent for clients, acting as trusted advisor to clients and advocates for candidates.

This temporary contract runs 3–6 months with potential extension based on project needs. The role requires strong sourcing, screening, interviewing and relationship-building skills within a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Proven recruiting experience across full-cycle processes.
• Strong sourcing and internet search abilities.
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full recruitment process from screening to offer.
• Identify and assess candidates, conduct initial phone screens, and gather feedback.
• Build and maintain a network of candidates through market research.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present top talent to clients and guide them through selections.
• Maintain client and candidate relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Meet weekly and monthly submit/hire goals.
• Maintain ATS data and related reports.
