Wilson is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our collaborative, dynamic team. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and advocate for candidates, guiding the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to hire.

The role emphasizes market intelligence, proactive strategy, and strong relationships, with a temporary 3–6 month project. You will manage candidate pipelines, conduct screens, coordinate interviews, and help meet weekly submit-to-hire goals.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to recruit across multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
• End-to-end recruitment lifecycle experience.
• Strong client-focused relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee candidate selection from screening to interview to offer.
• Build and maintain a candidate network through market research and bench management.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present top talent for open roles and address objections.
• Advise hiring managers on selections, compensation and recruitment processes.
• Maintain client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
• Meet weekly and monthly submit-to-hire goals.
• Update ATS data and related administrative reports.
