Wilson HR is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in Georgia. You will act as a trusted client advisor and candidate advocate, combining market intelligence with cutting-edge recruitment strategies to meet urgent client needs.

You will manage all aspects of the recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and presenting candidates for interview and hire, while maintaining strong client and candidate relationships and driving submit-to-interview

Qualifications

• Proven ability to perform all aspects of recruiting, including sourcing, screening and presenting candidates.
• Strong client focus and ability to advise hiring managers on selections and process improvements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage pipelines and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee candidate identification, screening and feedback collection from clients and candidates.
• Build a network of candidates through market research and ongoing bench management.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
• Present top talent and guide clients through final selections and offers.
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and meet submission goals.
• Update ATS data and related recruiting reports.
