Wilson is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our collaborative team. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidate advocate, using cutting-edge recruitment strategies and market intelligence to deliver top talent for critical client needs.

You will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates for hire, while maintaining strong relationships and meeting submit-to-hire goals.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to perform all aspects of recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to exceed performance goals and implement feedback.
• Able to communicate pipeline status clearly to others.
• Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Execute recruitment strategies and manage client relationships.
• Strong time prioritization and flexibility when priorities shift.
• Experience with applying and managing social media in recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process from candidate identification to interview coordination.
• Build and maintain a network of candidates via market research and bench management.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present top talent for open positions and address objections in hiring.
• Consult with hiring managers on selections, compensation, and recruitment processes.
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
• Ensure weekly and monthly submit-to-hire metrics are met.
• Update reports and ATS data along with related administrative duties.
