Wilson HR in Atlanta seeks a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join a collaborative team. You will manage all stages of recruiting—from sourcing and screening to interviewing and presenting candidates for hire—while delivering excellent client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include building candidate networks, maintaining ATS data, and meeting submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer goals for a temporary 12-month project.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to perform all aspects of recruiting in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Ability to exceed performance goals and implement feedback to improve outcomes.
• Strong pipeline management and clear communication of the recruiting process.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process including identifying and assessing candidates, conducting initial phone screens, facilitating interviews and gathering feedback from clients and candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research and bench management.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present strong talent for open positions and navigate objections in hiring.
• Consult with hiring managers on selections, compensation and recruitment processes.
• Maintain client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
• Ensure weekly and monthly submit and hire goals are met.
• Update and maintain reports and ATS data.
