Job summary

Wilson is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our collaborative team. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates, and manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates for hire.

You will build a strong candidate network through market research and bench management, and develop proactive strategies to identify passive and active talent while maintaining client relationships.

• Ability to exceed performance expectations, adopt feedback, and meet goals.
• Communicate pipeline status clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee selection process: screen candidates, facilitate interviews, gather client and candidate feedback.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate network through market research and bench management.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present strong talent for open positions and overcome hiring objections.
• Consult with hiring managers on selections, compensation, and processes to add value.
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
• Meet weekly and monthly submit and hire goals.
• Update ATS data and related administrative tasks.
