Wilson HR is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our collaborative team. You will act as a trusted client advisor and candidate advocate, combining cutting-edge recruitment strategies with market intelligence to deliver top talent for critical roles.

You will manage sourcing, screening, interviewing and presenting candidates, while developing and maintaining strong client relationships and meeting submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer targets.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to perform all aspects of recruiting across multiple roles and industries.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the selection process including identifying and assessing candidates, conducting initial phone screens, facilitating interviews and gathering feedback.
• Build and maintain a network of candidates through market research and bench management.
• Develop creative recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present strong talent for open positions and guide clients through final selections.
• Consult with hiring managers on compensation and recruitment processes to add value.
• Maintain client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
• Ensure weekly and monthly submit and hire goals are met.
• Update ATS data and related administrative tasks.
