Job summary

Wilson is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our collaborative team in the United States. You will manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and advising clients and candidates, delivering strong submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios.

You will build a robust candidate network through market research and bench management, maintain relationships, and ensure weekly and monthly goals are met while upholding a high standard of candidate experience and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to recruit across all stages including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong pipeline management and ability to communicate progress to clients and candidates.
• Experience with market research and passive sourcing to meet client needs.
• Proficiency with ATS and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process from candidate identification to feedback collection.
• Build and maintain a network of candidates through market research and bench management.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present top talent to clients and advise on compensation and processes.
• Consult with hiring managers on final selections and recruitment approaches.
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and meet submission/hire goals.
• Update ATS data and related reports and handle administrative duties.
