Wilson is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join a collaborative and dynamic team. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates, delivering top talent through cutting-edge strategies and market intelligence.

You will manage screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates for interviews and hire, while maintaining relationships and meeting weekly submit-to-hire goals. Strong communication and manufacturing recruitment experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to recruit end-to-end in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments.
• Ability to exceed performance targets and adapt to feedback.
• Maintain a robust recruiting pipeline and communicate it clearly.
• Experience in manufacturing and high-volume recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process from candidate identification to feedback from clients and candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research and bench management.
• Develop a proactive recruitment strategy to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present strong talent for open positions and overcome objections in the hiring process.
• Consult with hiring managers in final selections, compensation and recruitment processes to add value.
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
• Ensure weekly and monthly submit and hire goals are met.
• Update and maintain ATS data and related administrative reports.
