Wilson HR is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our collaborative team. You will act as a trusted client advisor and candidate advocate, delivering top talent through cutting-edge strategies and market intelligence.

In this role you will manage all stages of the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and presenting candidates for hire, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates and meeting weekly and monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Experience across all recruitment stages: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates.
• Proven ability to exceed performance goals in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Strong pipeline management and ability to communicate pipeline to stakeholders.
• Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process from initial screen to interview coordination.
• Build and maintain a candidate network through market research and bench management.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies for passive and active candidates.
• Present top talent for open roles and address hiring objections.
• Consult with hiring managers on selections, compensation, and processes.
• Maintain client and candidate relationships and hit weekly/monthly targets.
• Maintain ATS data and related administrative tasks.
• Produce reports and analytics from ATS.
