Job summary

Wilson is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our collaborative team in a 12-month contract. You will manage the full cycle of recruiting from sourcing through offer, while delivering excellent client satisfaction and candidate experience.

Expect involvement with market research, bench management, and building a strong candidate network. You will apply modern recruitment strategies, leverage an ATS, and partner with hiring managers to optimize selections, compensation decisions,

Qualifications

• Proven ability to successfully perform all aspects of recruiting in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Strong pipeline management and client collaboration to meet hiring needs.
• Experience with end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process: identify, screen, interview and gather feedback from clients and candidates.
• Build and maintain a network of candidates via market research and bench management.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present top talent for open roles and address objections in the hiring process.
• Consult with hiring managers on final selections, compensation, and recruitment processes.
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Hit weekly/monthly submit and hire targets and maintain ATS reports and related admin tasks.
