Wilson is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our collaborative, dynamic team. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and advocates for candidates, delivering top talent through proactive sourcing and market intelligence.

You will oversee candidate screening, interviews, and intake, while maintaining strong client relationships and meeting submission and hire goals for a 12-month contract. Conversion or extension is not guaranteed.

Competenze

• Proven ability to successfully perform all aspects of recruiting in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Experience with market research, passive sourcing, and advanced internet searches.
• Negotiating and closing candidates to meet hiring goals.

Mansioni

• Oversee the selection process including identifying and assessing candidates, conducting initial phone screens, facilitating interviews and gathering feedback.
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research and bench management.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present strong talent for open positions and overcome objections in the hiring process.
• Consult with hiring managers on compensation and recruitment processes to add value.
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
• Ensure weekly and monthly submit and hire goals are met.
• Update and maintain ATS data and related reports.
