Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommendations for interviews and hires. You will oversee candidate identification, screening, and interview facilitation, while building a robust talent network and delivering strong submit-to-interview

• Strong pipeline management and ability to communicate it clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process: identify candidates, conduct initial screens, coordinate interviews.
• Build and maintain a candidate network through market research and bench management.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present top talent for open roles and help overcome hiring process objections.
• Consult with hiring managers on selections, compensation, and recruitment processes.
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
• Meet weekly and monthly submit-to-hire targets.
• Update ATS data and related administrative reporting.
