Qualifications

• 5-7 years of professional experience
• 5+ years of direct ServiceNow ITOM hands-on work
• 3+ years of experience delivering ServiceNow implementations and integrations with ITOM emphasis
• Experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
• Ability to independently deliver technical solutions with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially documenting complex logic
• Bachelor's degree
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for client engagements

Responsibilities

• Execute deep technical configuration and scripting for ServiceNow ITOM, including discovery patterns, probes, and sensors
• MID Server installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Event Management rule creation and alert correlation
• Service Mapping design and deployment
• Develop and maintain integration solutions with external systems (e.g., monitoring tools, CMDB feeders)
• Translate technical requirements and architecture into scalable, supportable implementations
• Work with Solution Architects and engagement leads to ensure solution quality
• Write and maintain clear, reusable documentation and internal development standards
• Support system testing, UAT, deployment, and ongoing performance tuning
• Participate in internal technical design sessions and code reviews
• Engage with clients during technical workshops, validations, or post-go-live support
