• 5–7 years of professional experience.
• 5+ years of direct ServiceNow ITOM hands-on work.
• 3+ years delivering ServiceNow implementations and integrations.
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Ability to deliver technical solutions independently and document them clearly.

Responsibilities

• Execute deep technical configuration for ServiceNow ITOM including discovery, MID Server, and event management.
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems and tools.
• Translate requirements into scalable implementations.
• Collaborate with architects and engagement leads to ensure quality.
• Contribute to documentation, testing, deployment, and performance tuning.
• Engage with clients during workshops and post-go-live support.
