Job summary

Crowe is seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITOM consultant to help design, implement, and optimize ITOM solutions for diverse clients. You will work with Solution Architects and engagement leads to ensure high-quality delivery and measurable outcomes.

In this role you will configure Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management, build integrations, and document architectures and standards. Travel up to 30% is expected to meet client needs and projects.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of professional experience.
• 5+ years of direct ServiceNow ITOM hands-on work.
• 3+ years delivering ServiceNow implementations and integrations (ITOM focus).
• Experience implementing Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to document complex logic.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for client engagements.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Execute deep technical configuration and scripting for ServiceNow ITOM.
• Develop and maintain integration solutions with external systems.
• Translate technical requirements into scalable implementations.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and engagement leads for quality.
• Write and maintain clear, reusable documentation and standards.
• Support system testing, UAT, deployment, and performance tuning.
• Participate in internal technical design sessions and code reviews.
• Engage with clients during workshops, validations, or post-go-live support.
• Drive ongoing improvements and keep up with AI-enabled insights.
