Qualifications

• 5-7 years of professional experience
• 5+ years of direct ServiceNow ITOM hands‑on work
• 3+ years of experience delivering ServiceNow implementations & integrations
• Experience implementing Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
• Ability to deliver technical solutions with minimal supervision
• Bachelor's degree required
• Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed for client engagements

Responsibilities

• Perform deep technical configuration and scripting for ServiceNow ITOM
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems
• Translate requirements into scalable, supportable implementations
• Collaborate with Architects and engagement leads to ensure solution quality
• Create and maintain clear documentation and internal standards
• Support testing, UAT, deployment, and performance tuning
• Participate in design sessions and code reviews
• Engage with clients during workshops and post-go-live support
