Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Senior ServiceNow ITOM Consultant to join our technology consulting team in the US. You will lead technical configurations across Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management, and build integrations with enterprise tools to drive client outcomes.

In this role, you will collaborate with architects and engagement leads, deliver scalable solutions, and contribute to project success. Travel up to 30% is required for client engagements, with a focus on quality and client value.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of professional experience in consulting or related fields.
• 5+ years of direct ServiceNow ITOM hands-on work.
• 3+ years delivering ServiceNow implementations and integrations.
• Experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Ability to independently deliver technical solutions with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially documenting complex logic.

Responsibilities

• Execute deep technical configuration and scripting for ServiceNow ITOM: discovery, MID Server, event management, service mapping.
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems and monitoring tools.
• Translate technical requirements into scalable, supportable implementations.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to ensure quality and alignment.
• Write and maintain clear development standards and documentation.
• Support testing, UAT, deployment, and performance tuning.
• Participate in design sessions and code reviews.
• Engage with clients during workshops and post-go-live support.
