Job summary

Crowe is seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Manager to join our delivery team in the United States. The role focuses on hands-on ITOM development and configuration across Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management, delivering scalable solutions for clients.

You will lead technical design, integration work, and ensure high-quality implementation. Travel up to 30% may be required as needed for engagements and client workshops.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of professional experience.
• 5+ years of direct ServiceNow ITOM hands‑on work.
• 3+ years of delivering ServiceNow implementations and integrations with ITOM emphasis.
• Experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Ability to independently deliver technical solutions with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially documenting complex logic.

Responsibilities

• Execute deep technical configuration and scripting for ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, MID Server, Event Management, Service Mapping).
• Develop and maintain integration solutions with external systems.
• Translate requirements into scalable, supportable implementations.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and engagement leads to ensure quality.
• Write and maintain clear development standards and documentation.
• Support testing, UAT, deployment, and performance tuning.
• Participate in design sessions and code reviews.
• Engage with clients during workshops, validations, or post‑go‑live support.
