Qualifications

• 5-7 years of professional experience.
• 5+ years of direct ServiceNow ITOM hands-on work.
• 3+ years delivering ServiceNow implementations and integrations with an emphasis on ITOM.
• Demonstrated experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Ability to independently deliver technical solutions with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, particularly around documenting complex logic.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Execute deep technical configuration and scripting for ServiceNow ITOM, including Discovery patterns and probes, MID Server installation, and Event Management rule creation.
• Develop and maintain integration solutions with external systems and monitoring tools.
• Translate technical requirements into scalable, supportable implementations.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and engagement leads to ensure solution quality and alignment.
• Write and maintain clear, reusable development standards and documentation.
• Support system testing, UAT, deployment, and ongoing performance tuning.
• Participate in internal design sessions and code reviews.
• Engage with clients during technical workshops, validations, or post-go-live support.
