Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of compensation experience.
• Experience with multi-state workforce and healthcare preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
• Knowledge of FLSA and state wage laws.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market pricing and salary benchmarking analyses.
• Develop and maintain salary structures and pay grades.
• Evaluate compensation actions for equity and compliance.
• Administer incentive programs including payout calculations.
• Provide consultative guidance on compensation practices.
• Support annual compensation planning and budgeting.
• Maintain job catalogs and job descriptions.
